Calamari 2 is a well equipped, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex unit less than 50m from the beach in Ramsgate North.The unit is pet friendly by arrangement.The main and 2nd bedrooms, located on the upper level, are fitted with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. There are fans provided in all the bedrooms.The unit is serviced by 3 bathrooms of which one is en-suite and contains a bath, basin and toilet and the 2nd a shower and basin. A 3rd bathroom is situated on the lower level and contains a shower, basin and toilet.

House Rules
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed with prior permission.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.
Please bring with beach and bath towels. All bed linen is provided.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
